Well Organized, easy to use but it’s too often “under maintenance”
Like how the app is organized and easy to use but it’s too often not working for my liking. Don’t get the “offer swaps” every week. A few times I didn’t receive offer swaps when the things I was looking for finally went on sale and they said they have no control over that, goes by the algorithm. Also watch to make sure you receive the proper CT money in return. Many times I had to call CT Mastercard because I never received the proper CT money that I should have.
Store hours are wrong on or near Holidays
I was looking to buy something on Dec 31 and the app says that the store is open until 9pm… I go there at 7:30pm and it’s closed! What a waste of time…
Good idea so slow
For a big company it’s crazy how slow there website is so I thought there app would be better but holy so laggy.
App freezes and never works
I’ve had the app for a little bit now and it’s never worked properly. It is always freezing.

Sale date
Not easy finding sale to and from date using the app. Spent a half hour looking. When my wife who uses a browser looked it up and it says sale to and from dates listed in product page. Please fix🙏

The app is easy to navigate and quick to respond.
Problems
Every time I open the app I get something like we are experiencing a problem pop up message and I have to relogin and set it to remember me. Happens almost every time.
