Not so usefull. Poor UX/UI
The app does not have any useful content which can help the user. It just has the same information which comes with the printed policy that is handed over during the onboarding. The Face ID with iphone does not work as well. There is a button to enable face id , when clicked on it , it says face id enabled, but when you try to login , the face id doesn’t work at all. Instead of spending your time to create this app you could have just scanned the policy document of the user and displayed the same back to them saying new app has been developed.
App not work in iPhone I am unable to fetch my policy details since three years

Poor and non functional ui
There is no useful content visible on the app just the things which come printed with policy . A user should be able to see the performance of his ulip investment performance within the app which is not possible. As compared to other competitors like bajaj allianzlife this is far behind .
