Login issue

Portal login done but app is not getting login with PAN Card or even email id

Login issue with recent update

I am using iphone13. App used to work fine earlier. After recent update I did on 4th Jul 2024, unable to login. After entering OTP I get a prompt that says login was successful, but it doesn’t take me to the Dashboard page. I am stuck at OTP page. I have tried multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app still same problem

App not working after update

App was woking fine before update but the same stopped working even after otp is entered.

Not able to login

After yesterday update I am not able to login in app.

Not working after update on 5/7/2024

App is not working after update, it it displaying that “successfully logged in” after entering otp. But not entering into the details.

REDIRECTION FROM OTP PAGE NOT HAPPENING

Dear Team, Please have the application thoroughly tested post any updates.i have recently updated the app now after receiving/entering the OTP it says “Login Successfully” but the page stuck over there only.it doesn’t redirect at all.i have tried with 4 different OTP??

Very poor app

Unable to login most of the time. It says successfully logged in and gets stuck on the same screen
