Love the game and the app but getting frustrated with the app throwing me out right before I get the scores/win

I’m changing my previous 5-star review to a 2-star review. Why? Because I contacted the developers about two issues, and they assured me that they were “rebuilding” the app and would consider addressing the feedback that I had provided. Well, nearly 12-months later, neither issues have been addressed and there is apparent re-build. So what are the two issues? 1. Don’t force people who pay for an advert-free experience to play with those people who have chosen not to go advert-free. People who choose an advert-free subscription want a faster game experience, and don’t want to be held back by other players who are waiting for their adverts to be served. It is unfair to those paying for an advert-free experience. 2. Provide the option to choose who your playing partner will be. Some of us actually want to play online with our friends as “partners” to challenge against other players, instead of always getting a random draw of players who frankly have no idea how to play the game well. Addressing these two issues will greatly enhance the gaming experience of all players. So developers, please stop saying that you make the changes and actually make the changes. Otherwise it’s just empty words, and what is in fact a very good app will never reach its true potential to become an outstanding gaming experience for those who choose this app user interface over your competitors.

Too many Germans and Americans who have cheats set up so they Pause the game and Win No Fun At All

This was such a great game but lately it crashes all the time

I love this game but the crashes and freezing are becoming way too frequent. It’s usually when halfway through a game and winning and then it freezes and I get a stat that I’ve lost the game. Mostly it happens after a long ad particularly one called Royal Kingdom. It’s very frustrating. It also recently crashed completely. When I tried to go online it wouldn’t connect at all with a message saying “the connection to the server failed”. It came back after a couple of days, but it’s very unsatisfactory. Such a shame with a good game. Due to this I can only give it two stars.

Glitches my goodness it is the worst game to play. Like it or not you will discover glitches galore

When playing 2 hands offline, maths are wrong for CPU, both initial meld and final score work in it’s favour. Often melds on 105 when 120 needed and final score just wrong

I have been trying to connect to this game now for a full day. I keep getting a response , “ unable to connect to server “ please explain. I have checked and re checked my Wi- Fi connection. I have deleted the game and reinstalled, I have shut down my I Pad and restarted it , but to no avail.

Love this game but now can’t get into Online playing.. it just keeps loading with a white screen. I’ve updated the app and still can’t get in. FIX IT PLEASE!!

My team was up and then the opponent team somehow won the match after being down 2500 points to my team
