Your new app, pizza, was supposed to be out today, but now it says we have to wait 20 something days more. It keeps getting delayed. Why is that?

I bought the full version of this game and the cake maker. Unfortunately I had to delete them for a while, and when I reinstalled both games, I no longer have the paid versions. I don’t see a restore purchase button either so I spend money on these games and can’t get them back 😡
