Awesome

I have not had time to create an invite. Tried other app but all needed to pay and wasted my time. Canva was beyond awesome, it’s free with legit great designs and my invite was done under 5 mins. Thank you for doing what you do.

Video download has black gaps

I’m so incredibly frustrated because I got the pro trial version with high hopes and yet after I downloaded my video compilation it has gaps in black here and there(some of the video does not show up). I spent so much time working on it. How do I rectify this problem?

Please optimize for iPad usage

Using Canva on the iPad with mouse and keyboard is the most frustrating experience. Productivity is affected easily 40% by all the stupid bugs, wonky scrolling, text selection with the page jumping, multiple clicks required to resize elements. Extremely ineffective for any kind of production work, really terrible vs. other apps like notion and procreate that have this mobile experience absolutely nail down.

No on/off button for every layer

Hope there’s a switch to enable/disable each layer to make things easy

app cant open since update 1st june.

the app does not load on mobile devices, it’s so frustrating. I’m deleting this.

Image Copy Paste Issue on the App since the last iPhone and iPad update

Why can’t I no longer copy and paste images between files and paste images from other apps on the iPhone and iPad? This problem has been ongoing since the last apple update on both devices. I’ve refreshed the device and restarted it multiple times but the problem still persists. Even last week’s Canva update did not fix this problem. Even tried using Canva on the browser on the mobile devices however, it still doesn’t allow copy paste from other tabs and files. This is rather inconvenient and needs to be fixed.
