Description

CAP ZEN is a relaxation application validated by 35 years of clinical relaxation research. Around a hundred hospitals use these titles for both staff and patients. Several types of relaxation sessions are available:
1. A wide variety of relaxing music mixed with nature sounds (Biosphere).
2. Meditation sessions designed for apprentice meditators, to be practiced while awake in the morning.
3. Relaxation sessions ("Audiocament" brand) to soothe functional disorders (Ericksonian suggestion).
Various themes : Stress management, Sleep, Depressive states, Functional disorders, Weight management, Addictions, Sport, Relaxation for children.
