Doesn’t work half the time but when it does it’s really convenient. I always have issues with the virtual care which is a shame because then it makes me have to go into the doctor anyway. You’d think with how much they get paid that they could have a functional app.
this app never works. you try logging in, the app crashes. you update the app, the app still crashes. you delete the app and redownload it, the app still crashes. and that's while trying to log in, you don't even make it into the app fully. what is the point of having an app that, quite literally, never works?
Why do you make it so difficult to use this application every time I try to use it it turns into a nightmare about signing in. You need to get your stuff together. Very disappointed for such a big organization.
Great app for managing my health plan with Capital Blue Cross. I’ve been able to quickly access digital id cards for the whole family, and view recent claims and EOBs. Having access to virtual care within the app is a great feature, and I used it last weekend for quick access to see a doctor within minutes. 5 stars!
Incredibly bad app considering the size of this company. Horrible UI. Does not keep the user logged in at all. Does not have Face ID option or option to sync to a 2 factor authentication app on your phone. Extremely slow even when on home WiFi.
This feels like a step back from the virtual care app before. Hard to navigate. Graphics are off. Speed is questionable. Overall user experience is less functional. Virtual care tap feels like app in an app, not using full real estate of screen etc.
App crashes at login . It just keeps on in a loop after entering the code
I’ve been trying to sign in for 10 minutes, and it just keeps loading. This has happened to me many times. Very hit or miss whether the app will work or not.
When I enter my user name and password, the following error message appears. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times but still cannot access my account on the app. "System error Something went wrong. Close your browser windows and try again from a new browser window. Transaction ID: ..."
The app will make you sign in multiple times and then close on you. It’s non functional. Which is a shame because when it does work I really like it.
