Still a new member, but they fixed the login bug in the app. I will give their app support credit for fixing that bug quickly. Exploring the app, compared to the website, it’s not too bad.

Won’t log in. Keeps saying invalid email/password. Web browser portal works fine. App is absolute trash

My employer just switched to capital for rx. Got a nice letter in the mail to setup my online account and app. Guys, this app is garbage, I pray that the rx coverage is better than this bug fest of an app.

Capital RX created a mobile application seemingly with no understanding of user workflows for creating a new account. This was after navigating out of the app to collect the two-factor auth code from my email. Upon entering back into the application, I had to restart my enrollment process. After all of that I am still not able to log into the application as I receive an error from the backend which references a propertybin not existing. It’s always super helpful to create failure handling for end users by just producing a backend failure message. It’s remarkable this was allowed to be deployed in this state. I’ve done all I needed to do on the website. Will be deleting the app.

Since the latest update, I’m unable to login. It can’t read the bin number.

the account set up is frustrating, keyboard hides required fields and re-starts when accessing confirmation info in email. tip - test before releasing this garbage.

What a mess. Nothing works. Keyboard disappears every letter you type. Full of bugs. Don’t bother.

Can’t type more than one letter in the price search without it dropping the keyboard. If you leave the app to (for instance) copy a drug name from another place, the app takes you back to the Home Screen.

As a new member I downloaded the app, tried to setup the account - could not move down to renter member id, because it wasn’t properly rendering on iPhone. Setup account online, then logged on to the app, tried to search the drug, after the first letter and every subsequent one the keyboard disappeared. Annoying. Gave up.

From the moment you open this app, it’s clear you’re in for a nightmare. Dismissing the keyboard is a frustrating challenge, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Trying to sign up for a new account on your phone? Forget it. When you switch to your email app to verify your email and return, the entire account creation process resets. It’s an embarrassing display of incompetence, as if the app was thrown together by bargain-bin contractors with no regard for usability or quality. This isn’t just bad—it’s a complete and utter failure.
