Extremely Bad User Expereince

Im a user Experience designer and a gamer. Though-out my experience, I have never seen a game with that distraction of colors. As if those colors as made to annoy you and distract you. Card design is bad, menu is horrible colors are there for distraction, buttons layout are not consistent everything related to bad UX is there.

Stealing your money

The more time you spend, the more money you pay … it was fun before but not it’s literally about money .. you would spend a 1000$ a month to get 2 players … and their rewards are a joke.. 1 dream or 10 dream max .. you need at least 50 dreamball per draw .. so bad that’s why I deleted it

Scripted cheats in online games

If the game doesn’t want u to win against an online opponent they will come up with every trick for u not to win it’s ridiculous and sad from the developers to do such a thing

Revoked players

🔷Topic: Revoked players 🔷Feedback: It came to our attention that players released today, 02/12/2022 and which were obtained either through a direct purchase from the shop or through normal pulling from the banner have been revoked. Not only were they revoked, the coins held by the player who had legitimately pulled the banner using dreamballs and bought/exchanged the players after the 5th and final step was also revoked. This is unfair and unjust especially when the means were legitimate. You cannot take away the player, the coin and leave the player with 21 dreamball compensation and a +1 coin coin for boundary breaking purposes. I WANT the player. That is the only way I will accept it. Are Klab's systems and records unable to differentiate between the two methods? A blanket solution is unjust for those who pulled and got the player under "normal" circumstances. 🔷Suggestion: Those players who had purchased the player with the coin granted after the final step on the banner MUST be compensated by either returning the player to their inventory or given back the coin so as to purchase the player again. Nothing else will be acceptable as you have taken back what is rightfully mine.

Not working

I downloaded the game and its downloading more data but each time the data download restarting. Already 6 times and still restarting when reaching 100% I have iphone 13 with enough space. Still same issue. Disappointing

Dear team, I would suggest to stop updating the game.. You need to slow down with your idea otherwise people will get board. Every week new player or new idea is not healthy for the game. At least make it monthly. We can’t coop up with your update, and we can’t enjoy the new player to play matchs online because by the time we got the player you already intrusive better player... you think people will play this game 24 hours , I badly can play 1 or 2 hours daily as max, normally I play 30 minute Kindly consider my suggestion
