I want refund I did not subscribe 1 year for this. Please refund my money back. Why you have access with my account. You can charge me for the month if you want but not for the year without asking me. I want a refund.

Totally childish and stupid caption prompts. I wish I could get my money back for this. Really horrible app. Pay attention to other reviews like this and buyer totally beware!
Not able to get support!
Attempted to get support during my trial period, kept getting taken to a page that said unsafe connection. And then was billed for a year. How do I get a refund? Have not even been able to use the app one time during the trial.
