My Subscription for Pro is useless

I may not be able to use my subscription for Pro because they want it to upgrade to Max. I need refund for that

Used to love it

I subscribed because was hoping to see more features added on their Pro plan, but seems like the cooler features goes to the most recently launched plan Max. It does capture the Captions thing quite well, as well as AI music, dubbung and recently cloned my voice. However, AI Ads, AI Creator and AI Edit all bumped to the Max, bummed out, doesn’t even show on the app they are only Max features!

Legit!

I just gotta have this app. It took me the first try and it’s like “this is it!” For me. Best caption app tried ever!

REFUND

I did a 3 day free trial but charged me out of nowhere ₱539 without any confirmation. Where and when can I get my refund?

FONT BUG PROBLEM

I have been using the app for a year, and it has never been a problem. However, this time, I tried installing a different font, and it seems there’s a part of the font that is cut like it was masked on the lower part. Please fix the bug.

Ang galing ng app na to! wala ng kahirap hirap mag translate ng vlog. Di ko na iisa isahin pa ang mga salita para itanslate sa vrew. Eto may dub na may caption pa at sabay na sabay sa buka ng bibig yun dubbing. Salamat! Mag avail ako ng 1 year membership.

Exporting Issue

I wanted to export my video but the Caption Pro Plan keeps popping out as soon as I click export. Do I need Captions Pro to export my video?

Separated Caption

I wanna make a suggestion. I hope we can also download the caption text only without the background. Like a green screen but for text alone. It'll help if like I have to color grade the video without repeating the same process again.

10.77 update ruins the app transcribe function! fix it!
