The app does not even show my courses. Its just blank and I have use it either on a laptop browser or the mobile browser, the app itself wont work. I wonder what would happen to the students opting for a web/app design courses.

Make videos downloadable within the app

I don’t want to have to burn data to watch lecture videos online... if I have to be out and about and keep up with my online courses, this feature is a must!

At least skillshare has a working app

We are paying the same amount in tuition for an app that barely works. I would rather catch the rona than deal with this functionality

Capilano university has always said that they strongly believe in online learning. Some courses mandate that all class assignments be handed in online. But when faced with actually developing the APPS and online interface which students will spend a majority of time on, The school has fallen short on actually delivering a streamline system. Moodle often times fails to connect or is down for unspecified reasons without an alternate course of action being provided. It’s hard for me to believe that this behaviour common amongst recognized university’s. I hear UBC has a great user interface, with SFU and UVIC trailing closely behind. I’ll leave you with questions to ask yourself, this app may be available... but is it more efficient than just going online? Is it modernized to 2019 standards? (No) does having moodle and elearn justify making students unwillingly submit their course material online?

Just use the website on your phone

Weird functionality. It’s obvious they didn’t put effort into the design and flow of the app. Don’t bother downloading, just use the browser on your phone.
