### ***-- "Good start but not worth the money"
I downloaded this app to have a way to understand and track HRV data over time, particularly as it relates to mood and energy. I paid for the premium version to have access to the historical trends feature. 
While the app is a cute way of visualizing HRV data, it’s not really helpful for anything else, especially not for custom insights into my data, which is what I thought I was getting. From what I can tell, it seems to just say if you’re HRV is low, you’re stressed, if it’s a little higher you’re relaxed, and if it’s high, you’re energetic. I’m not sure if that’s what the research or science of HRV says, but based on my experience, it’s only accurate sometimes which could just be by chance.  
I also thought that there would be a way to provide input about my mood to help get more accurate insights over time, but that’s not a feature at this time. 
But the biggest disappointment for me is that the app will show HRV trends for the last week, month, etc. but the one-sentence summary analysis it gives is so generic and doesn’t do any comparison to other periods of time. Instead, I’d love to be able to see this week’s HRV trends with a blurb about how this week looks *in comparison to last week*. Otherwise the analysis is not any more helpful than me just looking at the chart week by week. If this could become a feature, I think the app would be more worth paying for, but at this point it was not worth my money.
