The app doesn’t allow you to connect before subscribing. Once you subscribe, try to connect, you will get the proper option to validate your car compatibility. If your car is not compatible, then you paid for nothing.

Doesn’t work but will tell you to log into your cars account so they can do what your cars account will already do, save your $15, also report that fist review so they’ll take it down, it was probably written by the developer or one of their family members

You say my car is there, pay now to get the app connect my car and sorry your car is not in the list very clever business model please refund my money

I want my money back It’s not compatible !!

Yeah I paid almost $50 to download the app then thought that was expensive but wanted the unlock features so didn’t complain till I went to actually use it and it said had to pay another $150 a year what a rip off. Stop this stupidity and tell people what they are a tuall going to be forced to pay and why $59 just to have the app set o you phone when you can’t ever use it unless you pay the extra! I’m not happy and I will be telling bank to take off the app charges!

The partner app the use to connect to your car doesn’t always work. I was told that they aren’t compatible with ford or Lincoln but they can’t give a reason or tell when it’s gonna be compatible. And they don’t issue refund bc they point fingers at the developers to blame on them. No wander you have to pay before use bc they know it’s broken and it’s more profitable this way. Esp when you gotta fight to get a refund.

I can't imagine life without Car Connect now, especially because of the car locator feature, which is a real lifesaver in busy parking lots.

Downloading this app was the best decision for my driving experience and I love to see how far technology has come. This app has helped me become a more mindful driver.

Can’t get ahold of anyone. They just took my money.
