App doesn’t work. Tried to scan my Ford focus and doesn’t connect with the obd. Asked for a refund and Apple didn’t give to me.

I got this for my Jeep Patriot. It has a Mercedes engine Diesel. It hasn’t let me down yet .
How to start
I bought this gadget plus extras for the purpose of identifying faults on my car so that i can sensibly ring up a garage , relay your information and ask them for a quote! I need basic abc help and instructions on how to achieve this as a novice , which I cannot find. Please help? Thanks

Doesn’t work
Paid for the premium subscription and it keeps saying I haven’t paid. Can’t even get a basic diagnostics from my Mini Cooper. How do I get a refund for the monthly subscription.

No features unless you pay, and after I paid it had far less features than another free one I downloaded after. Don’t bother
Perfect
Works beautifully with the Bluetooth reader I have. Cleared the engine light and gave information on the fault registered. Shows lots of stats and usage. Great App.
OBD Scanner
The scanner does a great job of determining any faults or issues that can be read by the OBD scanner also great for real time monitoring. With paying the yearly fee, you’re able to clear codes and reset codes on the cars. overall, this is a great workshop tool to have with a modern day car
Hopeless waste of time!!!
Can’t even get it to recognise my Bluetooth dongle! This app is so bad it demands you have a nickname and when you try to use one, it always seems to be “taken”!!! Don’t waste your time!
