I have IBS and I’m trying to find the cause. Fun:/ Enjoying this app so far. Easy to use and nicely detailed. I do wish there was a section for drinks other than water however. And I know there are a million foods out there but it would be great if users could add to the list and have it show up with the relevant possible allergies/irritants listed like the more common examples. To create a wider variety and database of foods. A suggestion.

Interface not very user friendly. After adding a favorite food it is unclear how to find it again and reuse it rather than typing-in again all the ingredients. A bit confusing to use and not straightforward. A desktop application with access to the data from a computer is also missing.

This is a well structured app with reminders and the ability to enter data later, should you be rushed and not have time to enter a meal. Also you can edit an entry, for example to enter a food type you forgot in a meal. The error I find is the correlation of foods with symptoms entered on the same day. For example you wake with a headache which the app then correlates with foods eaten later in the day, when the headache was actually caused by food or drink consumed the night before. The app could be improved by correlating the symptoms experienced with foods consumed in the past 24 hours

I think this app is really good... but it could be great if the days tracking started at 1 minute past midnight and Not at 4:00 in the morning . It makes it vet difficult to track bowl movements.

I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Rheumatoid Arthritis. I decided to follow the AIP diet and Cara has been great for tracking my symptoms, diet and general health. I would like to see more AI imbedded into the app because currently it doesn’t seem to remember my favorite ingredients. Other than that, the app is stable, syncs with other health apps on my phone and works well.

I was recently diagnosed with Crohn's, and this app has been useful to both me and my healthcare team. We are able to easily track what foods and medications work and what doesn't. Also useful if you can't pin down a food allergy.

I have alpha gal syndrome and long thoracic nerve palsy. I have tried so many other apps but none are like this. My issues are never listed in the categories so it was hard to track. My symptoms were not all listed. This app is perfect! I can add you issues not listed as a category! Both of them! Thanks for such an amazing app! It will help me get control of my alpha gal syndrome!

This app has been super helpful in trying to figure out what foods trigger symptoms. My one wish would be a way to be able to export the data to some sort of printout summary. But other than that, it’s a great app!

1. Make the sleep tag choices vertical instead of horizontal. 2. Make it easier to add longer lists of ingredients. 3. Add an “outside time” or “sun exposure” feature. 4. Make it available to synchronize from one device to another. (When switching to a new phone I lost photos attached to favorite meals and the meals without photos were no longer usable.) 5. Have faster customer service. Update: Oct. 15, 2024 I had this app at 4 stars but now changed it to 3. I have been using this app for years now. There are a lot of glitches that have not been improved. There hasn’t been an update of the app for I think 3 or more years and customer service used to be better, but now it’s been almost 3 months since I messaged them and they have not even checked their messages. I’m now here in the App Store looking for a better app.

Not sure if that happens to others, but for my account, the generated web link does not contain the latest bowel movements data since Aug 2024. The data before that still shows
