This app allows you to easily view and book pitches on your ideal campsite, view your membership card and add to your device wallet, view and amend existing bookings and much more!

Frustrating
The worst app I have ever used. Crashes every time I try to open site locations and so I’m unable to access which sites are open all year round. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, updating and switching phone off and on again but no improvement.
Does not work
Just downloaded the update onto my iPad. But still no better than the previous version. Will not allow me to search for sites or book. So what are we supposed to do?
Navigating poor
Navigating the app very poor, eg if you view the site plan of a park there is no back button to get back to the park page
Still as bad as ever!
What is it about this club that they can’t get their IT sorted? Try reloading the app they said… still crashes. ABSOLUTELY DIRE!
Just doesn’t seem to work
I like many others find this app very frustrating. I’m currently trying to change my preferences to stop a physical copy of the magazine being delivered, but the app just goes back to my homepage on iPad and displays nothing on iPhone. I’ve also had similar frustrations to other members when using the app for booking and have had to call the booking line to sort. Such a shame CAMC, you’re letting your members down.

CAMC APP
The most frustrating and useless app I have ever had the misfortune of using…the old one was bad but this one is useless. Had to log in 20+ times to make one booking !
IPAD Compatibility
Almost impossible yo use one an IPAD as the App loads with a Portrait view instead of Landscape. Is there a way of changing this please.
Something wrong here
I’ve updated to the latest version but cannot get past the welcome screen. The ‘continue’ button is off the bottom of my screen and pulling it up doesn’t allow it to work. I’m on an iPhone SE running iOS 18.1.1 I’ve tried to use my iPad mini instead- again updated the latest version of the app. I can get past the welcome screen here but when I go from home page to search, the search form disappears after about 3 secs, leaving just the menu bar at the bottom. My iPad is getting on a bit and running 15.8.3 (can’t update beyond that) so this may be the issue? Still frustrating!
