Everything about this is amazing thanks Zoho for another amazing product helping my small business

I’ve tried scanning cards with flash on and off, on a brown desktop and even a black background. Takes forever to identify card edges and then copies info inaccurately. A frustrating waste of time.

Quick, good scanning. Crashes occasionally

iPhone 6s. Tried scanning a good, clear card. Plenty of light, good contrast, in focus. Six attempts, all failed. App now deleted.

Having already gotten used to Zoho CRM, I was really confused when I found out I couldn't integrate CamCard with it. So I downloaded this, since it's the only way to integrate my cards into my CRM, and... it's pretty good. It's not as good as CamCard, which is free, so if you are using a different CRM, I'd recommend you look at that, but it is much better than other reviews made me expect. I would like to see a feature to send cards for proofreading. I would like to see better recognition. I would like to be able to read cards in more than three languages. I do international BD and get cards in loads languages, and I have to deselect and reselect things. I also REALLY miss batch entry. Please bring this in soon. CamCard is so smooth at just sailing through a pile of fifty cards. This takes forever.

Conclusion: try a different app before paying. Can't scan both sides of card, text recognition isn't perfect. Doesn't allow to auto assign to a team member straight from app, would be easier to export as a spreadsheet then import, but this is the whole point of doing it straight from the app.

Good, accurate scanner and integrates perfectly into Zoho CRM. The only thing I would change is that it takes the Company name from the email address and this is often incorrect. Otherwise very good and fairly intuitive.

I use this app to update ZOHO and Google contacts. The time it saves me entering the information into Soho directly as minimal. The app hard closes multiple times after uploading the picture of a business card or screenshot of a contact from another app. The time I spend re-manually typing the information in field step were not scanned correctly. The first time, I’m better off to load the information direct into each app. This app has more bugs that need addressed immediately.

This has serious scanning problems. About one-third of cards scanned end up scanned upside down, even when the cards is right side up, and so the fields don’t automatically populate. When I try to cancel and rescan, it still scans upside down. Occasionally the app automatically flips the card right side up after a second or two, but the fields don’t populate. There is no ability to tell the app to flip the scan right side up and have it try again to populate the fields. This seems like an obvious feature, and a big miss. These are serious scanning errors. I can’t believe Zoho would release such a poor product that barely works. I’ve got to find something else that don’t drive me crazy.

I have used this app for about 3yrs intermittent ly now for none business purposes. Had very little problems with it that a phone reset didn't fix. So far I have scanned a few dozen business cards into my contacts on 2 different iPhones without problems, which says alot considering how Apple loves to interfere with things they can't directly OVER Profit from themselves! Hope you guys keep this FREE & SIMPLE so we can continue seeking you out. Thank You!
