App frozen data list at a crucial point in deterioration and treatment. Makes this app more of a handicap when you really need it.

Can’t seem to get this to work. Is there any instructions I can check I’m not missing something.

How do I stop reminders

Fab app, really helped in the short week between my dog being diagnosed with heart failure, and then her having to be put to sleep. I’ve done all I can to remove the meds and heart rate reminders for her but they still keep happening and it’s really upsetting

Needs work

The graph axes should be labelled. The pdf should read “breaths per minute” not “breath count” as the counter takes a reading over 30s.

Deleted all data after an update

Absolutely shocking. After a recent update it deleted 6 months worth of recordings. They should be ashamed. People using this app to monitor ill animals and they did that.

Lost pets breathing history

The recent update removed my pets saved breathing history, is there any way to recover it? Thank you

Not reliable

As others have said this app is very handy for counting heart rate and compiling this info into a table and graph for easy documentation. However this company has proven to be unreliable with this recent update. Luckily I sent my dogs list of heart rates to my vet about a month ago but everything since then has been erased with the most recent update. I don’t know how this oversight could be missed or deemed excusable. A simple notification alerting users to the new change could have prevented this. These data are crucial to guiding treatments and very likely life saving treatments, medications and interventions. This could be particularly detrimental to a new user with a recent heart diagnosis from their vet that isn’t sure what values would be of concern. All of a sudden apparent patterns and potential alarm bells have been erased. My vet recommended this app to me when my dog was diagnosed but I’ll be sure to tell them of this experience on my next visit.

Updated wiped all my data

I’ve been using the app to collect breathing data for my vet, and after an update last night all of the data recorded has been wiped clean! Will be going back to a pen and paper now!!

Lost all data after an update

App updated last night and lost all the saved heart rate details, thankfully I wrote them down too, but not great if it’s going to lose all info I want to save to it.
