I logged in just now and the game is asking me to make a new account! I’ve been playing for over a month and spent a lot of money!

I’ve been playing since release, and almost since then Ive had trouble getting into the game. It stays on the loading screen and just stays there. I usually can restart my phone and get into the game, but not even that works anymore.

Okay, this app is great. You can collect characters, display them, and customize your area. But, since I’m very indecisive, it’s hard to pick a profile picture, so I chose one, but changed my mind, and I couldn't make another one without it disappearing. Please allow players to change their profile picture how many times they want and be able to delete them, thank you! In case you’re wondering, I don’t have any other problems with this app.

hi! So I was trying to change my pfp (profile picture) and I had like almost all of them and they’re all locked for me? Even the default pfp. And even the frames pls fix this

Lots of time when the app updates, I can’t log in anymore. It’s been a few days since I could not log in, I’ve tried restarted the app, Uninstalled & reinstalling. I’ve paid for VIP and it’s worrying that I can’t even log in now. To response: it’s not that I don’t know my email or password. It’s that your app won’t let me click start and log into the game.

While playing the stage battle during Clow card events, i keep getting close call in winning but suddenly when i'm about to win, games froze, lag and eventually saying an internet connect occur, while my other device that requires my wifi works normally fine without issue, my wifi is 5G, very odd. and when that happens, i'm back on the main screen that shows start game section, this is unfair to me as i keep getting close call in winning, it prevents me not to win, i'm already at the point where i should already passed thru this stage, that stage being 195 with the shot card being the boss and side boss, the dash. Please fix this bug, its annoying to deal with. i have already record my soon to win battles. I manually battle, as for no reasons, Sakura won't summon the Clow cards, despite having a full power ups of summoning the cards, at the max 10, while The Time card cost 0 and supportive character cards are costing 3, should've been use already, it'll wait for no reason, and I'm being destroy by the Clow cards as I watch everything unfold. I shouldn't have to keep paying to win a certain stage, when I'm already stronger than the other cards, how come, only Sakura Lamb outfit has shields, while her other battle costumes don't? This is very rigid when it comes to playing this type of game. I have already spend 100 USD, I'm already VIP5, and yeah, i'm at stage 27 for the main menu of the game, my attacks, my hp, and defense should've been easily won by now. I want to keep playing the game but if this bogus isn't fix, then imma consider not playing it anymore and have it to give a 1 star. ill change my rating if you guys can fix it, no autobot reply gonna make this issues fixed, as I had already did everything in my power to fix it myself. Now its your guys end to do something about, when this issue is fix's, I'll changed it to 5 Stars. overall, Cardcaptor sakura key memory is probably the best game on mobile I enjoyed, also the english translation is cut off when trying to see information of the Clow Cards, the game is very rush in translation and grammar issues, please fix it during the next big update if possible, I'm looking forward in seeing a complete Deck of Clow cards, and Sakura, Clear cards as well!

!!! Please fix the issues with profile. I have been trying to change my profile picture but this feature seems to be broken please fix 😭. Also I can’t display chibi.

Update - 11/05/24 I learned today the CN server hasn’t been updated with new content in like a year. There was an issue about a month into this game which caused the game to be totally inaccessible for THREE DAYS and their website fell into a default. The game literally proved it could go poof the very next day with no communication from staff. Speaking of, staff is not very communicative and come off as rude, and social media folks don’t communicate in a way that makes sense when they do (a lot feels machine translated). There is no transparency when it comes to the roadmap for this clearly unpolished game. Additionally, there Discord/FB Group only codes every week that barely give anything and I think that’s to keep people placated more than anything else. I am 100% sure this is only meant to be a money grab at this point since you need certain suits to pass the basic things you have access to. I have been stuck for weeks on a battle stage that requires a recharge locked suit (which requires hundreds of dollars sunk into this game) to pass, even if you have other top up only cards. I am stuck on a fashion stage which requires very specific six star parts to advance. The text box being too small for all the text to even appear seems to be a feature instead of a sign of a poorly designed game according to the staff. There is no desire by the devs to see this game as anything but a scramble for cash it seems. Even when updates are made, I have seen no real changes which impact a player’s time in-game. There is a relentless scramble to sell as many chibis (the gacha grab) as possible, including pushing 7 star suits which can cost a person upwards of $300 if not carefully spending. This is the most expensive, worst looking game I have ever come across. If you’re making money hand over fish and refuse to fix your app and make it look appealing visually (as I mentioned, it’s VERY unpolished - even the newest expensive chibi outfit is broken??), where exactly is that money going? ————————— Been playing since launch and there’s a lot to forgive if you’re going to get into this fame at all. Translations feel lack luster and sometimes not touched by a human, there is missing or cut off text because boxes haven’t been changed to accommodate English, broken code shines through in parts, and there is a lack of QoL things that make it feel tedious at points.
