I withdraw from this app to my opay and they said it’s successful but have not yet receive it on my opay account I think this app wanna start scamming people

This is not nice !
I made a transfer to my OPay bank after trading my $100 Apple Card the transfer was successful on CardHorse but I didn’t received the money on my OPay bank account so I contacted OPay and was told that the transaction was a failed transaction that means OPay was never credited successfully, I went back to CardHorse and was told several times to wait for feedback, please I really need my money I don’t like such complications
