I’m old and not great with technology stuff but this seems easy enough. I found out my heart is in very good health and I was surprised to find out through this app my heart seems 40 years younger than me 😊

Interesting and informative. Good advice although it’s made me a little paranoid!
Blood pressure only
The only thing this app does is measure your blood pressure unless you add on all the extra pieces of equipment and naturally added cost and I think they’re over £6 a week is too much just to get your blood pressure
