Very nice to know all the bus time❤️ I like it

I’ve not used the app for a while. I bought a day to go ticket for mobile. I went to use it on the number 27 and my wallet kept on opening. The idiot driver said I must have set it up to automatically open whenever it’s near the pay icon…. Who’s ever done that? It’s set up to double click when I need to use it. She then suggested I need to delete my cards from my wallet and try that way. I had to buy a second ticket! Absolute scam.

I think student are not getting discount most especially the international students in wales … this is unacceptable and I think it should be reviewed

Absolute joke of an app. Ticket would not scan. App bus times were wrong and inaccurate. Worst app put me onto wrong bus going to opposite direction from what I wanted. Driver told me it was correct bus for city centre when it wasn't. Got off and then got picked up by same bus and driver going way I wanted. Driver was unhelpful and sarcastic. App and driver were not a good reflection of Cardiff bus today

Always catch the bay car great service and brilliant drivers

My data ran out on my phone so the ticket wouldn’t show. I had to walk back to work connect to data then load the app. If you keep the app open and on the ticket page it works but if you close the app down then you’re screwed

Unacceptable Service and Lack of Accountability My recent experience with Cardiff Bus was not only disappointing but unacceptable. I purchased a day ticket, unaware of the significant disruptions due to a city-wide event, as the bus officer failed to inform me at the point of sale. The lack of transparency and failure to communicate effectively left me stranded, significantly inconvenienced, and out of pocket. It’s alarming that Cardiff Bus considers posting notifications on digital platforms sufficient, neglecting passengers who may not have access to or the habit of checking these sources regularly. This oversight demonstrates a disregard for customer service and the primary responsibility of ensuring all passengers are adequately informed about service changes that could heavily impact their plans. This incident has severely impacted my trust in Cardiff Bus. Refusing to acknowledge the situation or consider a refund under these circumstances adds insult to injury, showing a worrying lack of customer empathy and service accountability. I urge Cardiff Bus to reevaluate its communication policies and customer service principles. Passengers deserve clear, accessible information, especially when it affects their ability to navigate the city. Your service on this occasion was far below the expected standard, and your response to my complaint was disappointing. I expected better from a service that plays such a critical role in the daily lives of Cardiff’s residents and visitors.

Please can you cache the bus stops locally on the app. They don’t change that often, mine specifically has been there for over 43 years. It’ll be one less thing to load when on a weak mobile connection. Just load the upcoming buses for the stop selected.

Tracking option is fantastic! Enables you to confirm that the bus has not yet passed your stop. Not so good is the accuracy of the Departures at a stop. This is seldom accurate and has caused me to miss the bus on several occasions. Timetables seem accurate enough. All in all a good app apart from departures inaccuracies!
