Too much effort, time and money required for the very simple card battle mechanics
First impression was positive and above expectations, the games had a good visual design and decent filters for the card collection. However, more your play and learn, more drawbacks and flaws you discover. 1. Ads are everywhere. The one is able to play the game without the single one, but if you want to trade cards, you must. If you want some extra daily rewards, you must. If you want some premium currency after each game, you must. 2. The game is cashgrab. Even if you watch the ads all the day long, you will not be able to afford the most powerful cards or to complete your collection, as the new cards are released multiple on a daily basis. 3. Game mechanics are very simplistic and limited, there is a set of the most powerful cards and the one builds the deck around it. Deck building doesn’t involve the meta or considers the opponent cards, the goal is to accumulate as many points as possible on your own.
Unique game
Toxic and a waste of time. Only way to win is not to play at all. Literally same decks every match I quit.
Lots of different cards, play styles, and trading cards is simple. Not a ton of ads either.
Everything is great just not fair bit it’s cool
Honestly 5 star game right here. Not pay to win at all. I only spent money to support the game and to acquire some specific cards quickly and build a specific deck, but I could have achieved the same for free. Great game! More variety on the competitive scene would be nice. Find a way to incentivize different decks!
Easily a P2P game but can be a F2P if you don’t mind losing. Lots of options and combos available but maybe too many…? Hard to get the better cards without spending money because the F2P cards rotate too often and have low chances of constant farming. Otherwise, it has a decent play style with lots of options to play the same game in many different ways.
Personally my favorite game ever put out. The developers are constantly updating the game and helping players. Super helpful discord as well! I would describe it as if Clash Royale and Chess had a baby😂
It would be nice if I could check my current record in League and Event games so I can better judge which decks are working better for me. Overall, the game is an absolute blast. I’ve noticed the “competitive” players all seem to get their decks from the same message board. BUT the team does a good job of balancing out the cards when something seems too buff (sorry, not sorry, Shinigami). The most underrated part of the game is the back of the cards. I often find myself in disbelief at the new facts I learn. For instance, did you know trading away “Olympus Mons” is the absolute worst mistake you can make in the game? I sure didn’t! :(
