It’s okay, but it needs some serious animation updates!
I downloaded it and it made my phone freeze and forced an update. It’s been 4 hours and I’m finally back in my phone. Called tech support an stretching sent me to Apple. Apple support was actually awesome and got it to let me back in my phone. Will never download again. Wish I could give it a 0 star rating.
This app definitely has some cool features. But the annoyance can often outweigh that. The company constantly sends requests for surveys, and sends alerts that look as though a client has performed an action. But really it’s just a notification telling you to use the app more often… Waste of time and worse you can’t turn it off. I’d say this is worth it if it’s free, but I wouldn’t pay for it.
Everytime I click to see who is using the app through the text message, it gives an error and says to reload page. I have talked to multiple people in customer service and no one has been able to solve the issue. Huge waste of time!
If you use this app as it is intended it can generate many leads to conversion, it’s also an awesome way to keep track and follow up. And they keep on adding new things to make it better. And I have the best sales rep
I’m paying for a service where I’m not seeing the value in this app and I don’t see an option to update or change my phone number.
There are no options to cancel. The solution on the website does not work. I’ve called their tech support and had employees put me on hold for 45 minutes, dodge questions, and tell me the billing department was out to lunch. Give me a break.
So easy to use with lots of value for my customers.
For me this app will be a game changer, it'll help me stand so far apart from my competition until they catch on and copy me that they'll have to take their hats off to me. I recommend it
