With the CARE Kita App for legal guardians, you can find all important information about daycare in one place - whether it's closing times, handicraft money or rubber boots for the day in the woods.
Of course, the security of your data comes first: all personal data is stored on certified German servers, optimally protected and safely stored.
With news from the daycare center, you can take part in your child's colorful adventures and browse through impressions of the cheerful summer festival or reliably receive letters from teachers digitally.
Spontaneously change today's pick-up time because the office is unfortunately taking longer? Or report your child sick without having to make a phone call? With CARE you can organize your everyday life with child and nursery easily and quickly.
Communication with educators or other parents is also child's play. Language barriers are overcome thanks to the translation function. And best of all: you don't have to disclose any cell phone numbers. This way, organizational issues can be clarified in advance - and you gain more time for the personal conversation on site.

An sich super, kleine Mängel
Wir finden es super, dass unsere Kita diese App benutz. Kommen an sich sehr gut damit zurecht und empfinden sie als hilfreich und praktisch. Allerdings sind die Texte der Erzieherinnen bei mir immer abgeschnitten. Nur die ersten paar Zeilen sind zu sehen. Eine Neu-Installation hat nicht geholfen. Auch bei einzelnen anderen Eltern aus der Kita. Dadurch gehen leider immer die letzten Sätze der Neuigkeiten verloren.

Wann kommt die App für die Kita ?
Leider keine Appversion für Erzieher/Träger
Wir als Einrichtung sind grundsätzlich mit dem Programm zufrieden, es wäre aber schön wenn es die App auch für die Einrichtungsseite geben würde, da es im Alltag leichter ist die Kinder übers Smartphone oder Tablet an-/abzumelden

Die App stürzt immer wieder ab. Das Support team reagiert auf meine Mails überhaupt nicht
Neuigkeiten können nicht nach “ungelesen” gefiltert werden
Es existieren schon Filter für den Bereich Neuigkeiten, es wäre aber sinnvoll sich schnell die Neuigkeiten anzeigen zu lassen, die noch nicht als gelesen gekennzeichnet wurden.
Grundlegend super
Ich finde es toll, dass die App viele Orga-Dinge einfacher macht und man zB Abholzeiten so ohne Aufwand spontan ändern kann. Toll wäre es noch zum Thema “Abholen” , wenn man einen TagesabholerIn auch wieder komplett entfernen könnte, wenn man ihn eingegeben hat. Man kann den Abholer zwar ändern, aber nicht wieder komplett entfernen.
Verbesserungen
Es wäre toll wenn man einen Kalender hätte wo man sehen kann wann die Kita geschlossen (Ferien oder an den Wochenenden) hat und wo man dann auch eintragen kann wenn das Kind krank oder im Urlaub ist. Das man eine Übersicht hat und das alles genau sehen kann.
Vereinfachung und Bevormundung
Diese App:in hat das Potenzial, die Kommunikation zwischen Betreuungträger:innen und den Eltern zu vereinfachen . Leider schafft Ems es nicht, ein Aufwandsarmes User:innen Interface zur Verfügung zu stellen. Um eine Nachricht:in als gelesen zu markieren, sind deutlich zu viele Klicks:innen nötig. Zudem nervt sie an jeder möglichen und unmöglichen Stelle mit dem durch die Bevölkenden abgelehnten gendersensiblen Sprachgebrauch. Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit zwischen richtigem Deutsch und dem hier wählen zu können.
App recht gut, läuft auf Apple Watch nicht
Hallo zusammen, ich finde die care Kita App recht gut und sie funktioniert auch zuverlässig. Praktisch wäre es auch noch, wenn man Mitteilungen der Erzieher auf die Apple Watch einsehen könnte. Vielleicht ist dies mit einem Update möglich? Das wäre super! Vielen lieben Dank. Herzliche Grüße
