CareLog makes it easy to track acute illnesses for family members. It is designed for parents, care givers, or anyone needing to track one or more persons. For example, tracking flu symptoms for multiple children.
You can enter and track:
1. Symptoms or events like fever, pain, rash, etc
2. Action such as breast feeding side, naps, meals, BM, etc
3. Medication taken or reminders to take medication
4. Temperature readings
5. Pain scale
6. Blood pressure
7. User defined health data
You can send a summary of the health logs for each tracked person to a health providers, parents, or to other family members.
The information entered into CareLog is stored only on your device. CareLog does not display ads or collect user data.
CareLog is available for iPhone 5 or later and running iOS 10.
