Can’t even type in a username or password. Useless app
I’m shocked that this app is so bad. The pages are mostly unresponsive to screen taps and when they are the screen jumps all over the place.
I wish there was zero star for such apps. It doesn’t work at all. I wonder why it cant be fixed, chasing for long time, but wont work at all.
App is intentionally made to malfunction- with 1 star rating over 1000 reviewers, the message is loud and clear that the app is not working, but CareFirst decides not to address the issue.
Every time I try to login the app force closes. I can only use the website and the website is not mobile friendly.
Never works. Doesn’t allow logging in. Just go online. Would be nice if they had a functioning app like other insurance providers
Can’t access anything
So I’ve been with my insurance for about 6 years now, never had any emergencies until this year, the hospital told me I was completely covered, come to find out a month later I wasn’t at least not completely as claimed bill after bill after bill came in to where I ended up owing a little over 10 grand which was way over my deductible, I called they said oh yeah you shouldn’t owe that much, said it should be updated within 30 days, and gave me a reference number, 30 days later nothing changed and my reference number apparently was non existent. I ended up setting a payment plan, 3 months later I get hit with another 1200 dollar bill, this insurance that I have paid $240 every month for the last 6 years which is $17280 has now costed me another $10000+ because they’re crooks. And yes the app is trash, they do in house updates that fix nothing when trying to log in, it’ll randomly just log you out, I put in a message and didn’t get a response for over a month even with follow up messages. They do not care about people’s health they care about money
Their website doesn’t work and their app doesn’t work. Constant problems on desktop, chrome, etc. if you’re lucky SOMETIMES it works in safari. Complete joke.
