Can you please update in app note I sent notes but after check sent or not send notes and previous notes show in update because sometime not is not put in app so can you update this information… Hope you are understanding Solve this problem Thank you

Please revert back to previous update’s layout. The new one makes it tedious to scroll through appointments to see if there are any changes and to properly see the weekly view

Recently the system locked me out twice. I couldn’t see my rota, keysafe codes or do my work notes till I got someone from the office to help me to log in again. On the weekend is even more difficult. Putting the code in every time I want to use the app is annoying, fingerprint would be great. I also really would like to see the mileage I used from client to client, so I know how much petrol money I can get from the company. I used to work for a company which used a different app and that worked perfectly with satellite, we knew milage etc. This app is far from it but it’s not my choice unfortunately.

Please can the app also show us estimated mileage for each visit,from client to client,that said it has been a very good app

I’ve been using the app for some time now one of the issue that i have with it is that. It requires you to tap the key every time you enter. Can the developers put something in the system that when you want to log in you can use Face ID or Touch ID to gain access rather than putting the code everytime you need to enter. It’s frustrating at times

CAN WE GET NOTIFICATIONS WHEN NEW APPOINTMENTS ARE ADDED TO OUR ROTAS? Like a tinny winny pop up notification on our screen that lets us know? 🤲🏾

Please which app is used by admin as this shows it’s for staffs and workers ? How do a company get signed up with you guys ?

It would be much better if we are able to view the notes made for the clients so we will be able to read the care done. Continuity of care is important. Hopefully, you will put it on your future upgrade.

Can’t view all my working hours

It is frustrating that we only have a daily or weekly view. The old 14 day view wasn’t even good enough really and now it has been removed. It would be ideal if we could either have a monthly view or simply just a list of all shifts allocated available at a glance.
