Can’t access app..! Click on register and puts you back to enter phone number then says verification failed. A loop of failed msgs..!!!!

I’m trying to sign in and forgot the password. I’ve entered my email address several times and not once has a code been sent to me. Is there an issue with the app? I’d like to be able to log in soon!
