App keeps logging me out. Need to setup each time. And AGAIN 1/7/24

Useless
Can’t log it keeps taking me back to email sign in after code is sent via sms also tried sending code via email. It asks to allow app to paste. If you select either option it doesn’t allow you to sign in.
Always crashing
Despite dozens of updates, app keeps crashing after a couple minutes of use. Very poor effort from a mainstream company…
It stopped working
It used to work but now I can’t even login: it asks for my login then password and then I receive an sms with a code to type it down, as soon as I try to type it down it takes me back to the home and asks me again for my login and then password, keeps doing that in a loop, it’s been like this for a good while now, maybe shouldn’t be trusting my super when they can even get the app to work
Worst app ever
Tried to log in using my phone and it doesn’t work. Goes in circles if you’re trying to reset password. Called for help last October and was told they were working on it - clearly a lie - 5 months later still not resolved. How can you manage my funds if you can’t even fix your basic app ???? Disgusting
Login woes
Possibly the worst app on my phone. Constantly logs me out. Trying to log in and now that 2FA is required, when I leave the app to copy my code from sms or email, it wants to start the login process all over again. The 2FA input field is not labelled correctly as pasting from messages or email is not supported. Absolutely useless as I’m now unable to log in. Not sure the latest update was even tested?
2024 nothing has changed
As a care member for 30 years you would think they could design a better app. You constantly need to delete and reinstall the app, it becomes locked and stuck on the same page and you can’t go back to the main menu. The app is about the same standard as cares customer service.
Slow
Like the new website this app is sooooooo slowwwww. Four years later and this joke of an app is even worse. Ever since they passed the admin to Mercer the app and website have been hopeless.
App doesn’t work
Downloaded, installed. Entered login information. Received 2FA SMS. App doesn’t allow me to enter it anywhere. App just shows a blank screen. Me thinks that no one at “Care” super has actually tried to use the app or actually cares. Zero stars.
