Providing wrong information to customers

Good evening, I have very bad experience with this app not once more then twice this same thing happens with me, I will highly recommend not to download this app. I have order the ice cream from Cari aap (baskin Robbin’s) after 46 mins it’s show my order got cancelled. Later I got a call from cari aap staff saying apologies the store got closed our driver went and check there’ I was trying to get the solution but the staff was trying to give me credit of 15 aed which I have refused it. Money will not help for my solution, however I tried to order from talabat with the same store (baskin Robbin’s ) they accept my order late night it was almost 1:00@m. I have attached a conversation between me & cari aap staff (recept of ice cream order from talabat late night)
