The most annoying and frustrating service I’ve ever had. The car I’ve booked became not available few hours before picking it up. I wasn’t able to cancel reservations to the application error. Service automatically changed reservation to another, more expensive and another type of a car. Keep your fingers away from the service

Just want to know how to rent my car there...

Do not answer emails nor send your a confirmation even if they make you pay. Company does not seem to exist. You will just loose your money here...

Very clean and simple app. Simply put in two dates and it shows you by default the cheapest options available in your vicinity. Thumns up!

Was not able to rent a car form the provider, Carla refused to give me a refund and are now holding my funds captive. I can’t rent from any of their providers and now I’m out of $400. They are thieves do not use this platform. They will respond and say customer service will be happy to help but I already talked with them for weeks. Again they are thieves who hide behind shady policies. If you don’t receive a product due to faults of the rental company I should be refunded.
