Lost account
Had a high level account with lots of purchases lost for no reason it had been backed up to device and cloud. Tried to get the account back and the game has no idea of any existing account everything lost

Achievements locked?
Love this game but why are the achievements locked? They all say 0 but I know I’ve completed a few of them. I paid out for all the lakes and hoped this might activate the achievements but no joy. Also while I’m here the ads are so frustrating and have cost me many fish, it should be that once you’ve purchased the full game it should be ad free forever. Anyway, thanks for a great game
