How bad is this game?

There are so many foolish Autoplay hackers that cheat to win the game. When I report them, it does not ban them from the game. And when I watch the ads to get free rewards, it does not give me the rewards. Last time I left a five star review, but the game has really let me down. In fact, it does not even refund the money that I have lost against the foolish Autoplay cheaters!
