If there’s no star option, I’d choose that. The app doesnt allow me to register. So it’s useless.

This apps is rubbish..
The worst app ever
Cannot login, did not send sms for the forgot password. Very lousy and disappointed
How to redeem if the apps not working??
Please guys, dont ever signup for the membership. Its like a scam. I dont know how to redeem my point since the apps not working (when trying create new acc, it said acc already exist; trying reset password, no sms at all reached me!!!). No channel for complaint or contact the customer service. Am i going to burn all my money paid???

Could register at all , keep stuck in verify code , didn’t receive sms at all

Cannot login for past 4 days
Really bad app and not transparent service!
Paid for package and wasn’t informed on expiry. Really unsatisfied on this cuz and officer can’t check at the counter. For everyone, pls be careful about this. Doesn’t make sense on having expiry on packages in first place!

Cannot even sign up since I can’t receive the 6 digit code. Please kindly assist. Thanks.
