CarsLink App: Sync & Connect

I purchased this yearly subscription but incompatible with my vehicle. I’ve sent emails trying to reach someone and no response yet.

I was under the impression I can use this app with my car and after signing up and paying the annual subscription I come to realize it’s not compatible with my car I have requested a refund but got no response back

This app is worthless. You need another app for your vehicle that does the exact same thing as this one for it to even work. And you have no way of cancelling in the app! Don’t not spend your money on this worthless app!

I have tried repeatedly to get this to work and it won’t. I have repeatedly attempted to contact customer service to get my money back but they won’t respond. DO NOT BUY THIS

I downloaded the app and can not add a vehicle, it goes to the Chevrolet site and signs into it and then brings up a return to app box and does nothing else. I would have thought it would have been better. Don’t waist your money or time on this APP

This app is horrible it didn’t work with my type of vehicle as soon as my husband ordered it and realized that he cancelled it but it didn’t matter bc they still billed us and to make matters worse freaking Apple in all their infinite wisdom refused to grant a refund TWICE when I asked so I am reporting it to my bank and Visa

I found out the app wasn’t compatible with my vehicle and I asked for a refund when not two days later they took another 39.99 out of my account So I had to go threw my bank to block the payment

I made a payment for one year and I’m unable to add my vehicle yet , I’ve already emailed my issue but nobody assisted me

I’m canceling my transaction. Paid the $39.00. Nothing works. Not even the ‘start’ button.
