للأسف تعاملت مع الشركة في اكثر من سيارة بيع وشراء وسوقت لهم كثير ، ولكن الجشع زاد عندهم ، عشان تعرض السيارة رسوم مرتفعه وعشان تبيع رسوم جدا عاليه تبدأ من 1750 ريال واكثر بالذات البائع ما يقدر يرفع السعر عن السوق فبالتالي بيبيع بنفس السوق ولكن رسومهم المرتفعه تخلي البائع يخسر ، كذلك الشركة تاخذ من الشاري رسوم من 500 إلى 1000 تقريبا. تنبيه ، السيارة في حال عرضتها راح تجيك عروض بمبلغ اقل واذا قللت المبلغ راح تقل العروض إلى ان تبيع بربع السعر. واحقاقاً للحق ، تعامل الموظفين راقي وملتزمين بالأوقات ولكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها بالذات مع وجود منصات كثيره الواحد يقدر يعرض فيها بالسعر اللي يبغاه وبمبالغ زهيده

Great service from Carswitch. They provided quick responses to all inquiries about the car as well as suggestions related to services. I really appreciated Mr. Basim for best solution sometimes he would busy but mostly he did well. Feeling good about the car because that is I expected within my budget. Thank you!!

أشكر الشركة على التعامل السلس والفعال من ناحية تجربة المستخدم وأشكر مندوب الشركة مجاهد التجاني لتعامله الراقي والسمح ومتابعته الحثيثة وسرعة تجاوبه طيلة فترة تكليفه بالفحص والمتابعة ومتابعة اجراءات المبايعة ونقل الملكية وشحن السيارة من جدة الى الرياض حيث لم اجد منه الا كل طيب واحترافية وامانة في العمل

This platform does sell your car, and does it swiftly. But there is a catch. If your car is on high demand and you offer a decent price that at any point of time there some people in need for it you won't experience what I've been through. My car was decent car and I offered a fair price for it. I kept getting offers lower than what I offered. When I lowered my price to the same level of the offers I started getting Lowe offers. I knocked down to a very low price, an extremely irresistible one, and the surprise is that I kept getting even lower offers. Conclusion is the platform is not HONEST, there are fake accounts that make you think some people are interested and want you to accept their lower offer. Moreover, you get calls from a rep asking you if you have time as some people are interested to test drive the car, and this never happens. It’s just a petty and a joke !!! I ended up selling my car elsewhere for the same exact fair price I set at the very beginning.
