I bought car which been inspected by basic inspection the report was flawless no one mistakes in car and the report was made 2 days before i bought the car i told myself could be small mistake in report no problem but once i left rta the car brokedown in highway almost cost me accident And big problem in car will cost minimum 16 k aed its like the car price so un professional I don’t recommend anyone to buy car there

Save your time by finding out all the apparent issues beforehand

I purchased Infinity QX70 2017 last month and after only driving 400 km, the gear box and transmission failed which is 15-18k costs to repair it. I would recommend that Car Switch to mandate the Comprehensive Tests for all customers before buying, please don’t make this optional so buyers as innocent like me will skip it. I was heavily scammed on this car and it’s unfortunate that I cannot blame anyone as it’s my fault that I trusted the situation. Please make the comprehensive test a mandatory filed is what I recommend so no one have to go through this ugly side I have to go through. The car now costs me additional 18k more than I have purchased. Thank you

I bought a car from these people. I am in loss as the car was in the worst condition they even have vasta to get the passing done of the car which is almost a loss. I wanted to list the same car on there website and it stated I cannot as it does not fall under their company standards. Do not fall in this trap this company is a scam listing firm.

I am going to write my brief experience dealing with CarSwitch. I approached them as I wanted to sell my car that I bought and fixed from Marhaba auctions at first the agent came so my car and recommended that I listed at the market price which was somewhere between 48 to 50,000 dirhams. A couple months passed by and there was no Buyer, which I’m completely fine with as the market was low however, they continuously asked me to lower my price which I did because I wanted some liquidity to run my other affairs. However, the price came down, giving me a very small margin of profit, which I was still OK with, then CarSwitch was adamant on making a specific profit and I told them that if you have a buyer who is not willing to go to my price offered, please do not waste your time bringing them here to see the car. However, they still brought the buyer misguiding both the buyer and myself, and then the agent asked me that this specific price you offered includes our commission, and I told him that I clearly informed the person I was in touch with in cars that this is my price and just exclude your commission, so if you’re bringing someone to view the car, you’re just wasting their time if they’re not agreed on the price before hand and so there was a lot of confusion and post this CarSwitch told me that my car has been delisted from the website when it was clearly there internal lack of communication.

I highly doubt if the buyer are fake. I believe they get fake buyers with a price and wouldn’t go ahead once we invite to sell the car. After finishing 3 months, they would say we would y want to place your ad again. Please stop wasting people’s money in the first place.
