Caset - Playlist Collaboration

The app wolnt let me listen to the music. And it’s very slow

A key feature is missing: The ability to manually rearrange the songs in the playlist. I saw in a previous review that the developer said it was coming in v1.3 but it looks like it did not make it to the update. I can’t imagine why you don’t have this feature.

The age rating says 4+. Signed up for pro to create a family playlist, but no one under 13 can use this app at all because the only way to sign in is with your Apple ID. Apple prevents anyone under 13 from signing into apps using Apple ID and there isn’t another way to sign in. Why isn’t there another way to sign in?

Cool but won’t always let me shuffle and I have literally tried to purchase pro but it won’t let me. I am trying to give the app money but I just get an indefinitely loading screen

I’ve been using this app for a few months now without complain, but a few days ago a mixtape I’ve been collaborating on with a friend has become inaccessible and only displays “decoding error” when I try to open it. Is there any way this can be fixed?

I created two mixtapes and I can no longer access them. They delete on their own

The new sync feature, which requires a subscription, doesn’t actually sync playlists with Apple Music. Caset support indicated it wasn’t possible for a 3rd party to remove songs from a playlist. Adding songs seems to work just fine, which is why I gave 3-stars even though I felt a bit mislead about the full sync capability.

Definitely the best and easiest way to sync Apple Music playlists with your friends. The developer is also crazy responsive, often answering within minutes providing support when I have issues or questions. 10/10 recommend.

So happy to update this review with the addition of syncing. Great that the dev is so responsive and happy to support this now indispensable app for Apple Music users!
