I had a game within the app not award me a lot of chips on 2 bonuses. I have been messaging customer service for 26 days and not a single response. Be very wary before making any purchases as you will not get any help but be out your money

I like the game but I don’t like that when you start getting highlights in the coins and you have to bet more the bonus payout are bad and then it also takes your coins down far for so long and you start to lose a lot of what you had gained . I guess if you want to make it realistic. I guess I understand but this is y and it is a game so I would make it a lot more enjoyable if you could a least let some big jackpots out after awhile so it can be more enjoyable otherwise it’s like a wasted game and time.

Went downhill

I’ve been playing for a few years and have spent plenty of money on here. Use to be a pretty level playing field but past year seems not so much. You all of a sudden can’t win anything for days than you purchase coins you win like a champ for a few hours right away than a down slide starts till it’s all gone. Please stop using the generated response you give like random generated playing, this same pattern I described has happened last 6 purchases over last year and I probably did more than 6. Now the new trend is cramming $99 specials old trend was $49 and $99 just seems to be more greed and sure you can buy 19.99 and others instead of the big special advertisements but what you get is laughable for the amount they want. Also using different betting amounts and using a minimum of 12 different games its still same result after a new purchase just down hill after a few hours, I’ve even left 3 days in between and still same scenario. They have great graphics and game options it’s just become costly to play, miss the old days…..

Pay to play/this game gets worse and worse!

You should rename this game “pay to play”. Very few jackpots, very few free spins and the ones that you get have very low coin wins. Keep it!!! And DONT play on weekends! Even worse. Can’t believe someone doesn’t realize that if you don’t win, you don’t play. Hmm..

Not enough big wins

I’ve tried lots of the different games and pretty much across the board, they all eventually drain your coin account/go cold. There are just not enough big wins or even consistent wins.

Lost 10 billion in an hour

I was betting 5 million a time. And I lost 10 billion in one hour. They like to reply and say “it’s random” but really ask yourself how well the game pays out and let’s you win then. That’s 2000 spins, if you assume I never one even an extra coin. This isn’t the first time. I’ve gotten up to 2 billion two times, 7 billion once, and 9 billion another time. All separate occasions and all lost in one sitting. The win rate is absolutely terrible. Dont waste your time.
