Good game but thousands of them

A lot of similar games. I think there is a framework and a developer is putting decorations there. What can be updated? No one job doesn’t require specific car, marital status or home. Those things should affect health and happiness drop. The character could have unique skills and be more proficient on one job or on another. This genre has a great potential and could have more variety from thousands of such games
