I got debited twice and I sent a mail, nobody responded to my mail.

I hate to do this for businesses but I have to because I’m frustrated already. I do the daily savings with CashBox and I get debited twice all the time, I complained about it by sending a mail and I never got a response, I sent a follow-up mail and nobody still answered. I want to cancel my savings, redraw my money but it won’t go through. Worse saving app I have ever used. For 4 days in a roll now, I haven’t been able to access my app. Why was i logged out?

Bad customer service

You guys are so overrated you have this bad customer service there’s no way to reach out to you if there’s any error on your app. I can’t seem to log in the app now. What if it’s an emergency you people should just do better or you’ll lose your customers

Withdrawal issues

I started using CashBox as of last year I placed a withdrawal on my account but I have not been credited since then and I can’t cancel the withdrawal transaction. Also I have contacted your customer representative a lot of time but I haven’t gotten any response I don’t think CashBox is real or maybe their customer representative isn’t reliable but I will like my money credited to my account or I’ll keep on putting a negative review on here till I get a response
