Why would anyone use this while they can get double the money by exchanging in crypto and black market ???

I used Cashgo several times before it closed, because of the issue having with the government and with other conflicts, in Ethiopian it was closed for a while. but I just heard reopen again this is the safest the fastest easiest way to send money back home also the same time helping Ethiopia. I love it Keep up a good work Cashgo welcome back.

I used this app for few months until it recently stopped working. Unable to log in and stuck on the login page. Tried to resolve the issue for several days, uninstaaled and reinstalled the app but no luck. Customer support is non existent. The idea is good, delivery to the recepient is fast when it worked and the transfer fee is the cheapest of all other services I used. It’s painful that I had to move back to using other services because I couldn’t get the app to log me in.

It is convenient method to send money but you should make it clear for credit card users there might be a charge from there bank. I paid high internet and penalty as cash Advance. I suggested avoiding using credit card for this service instead debit

Update: app having issues.. Transaction fail notice given but shows a pending charge on credit card. When you try again same result can happen. Had to call Cap One to dispute. Plus from the amount relative got equal to 39.00$ taken out in fees for 1k$ sent. Also deposit delayed almost 4days. Was banking holding transaction for lower birr rate? I prefer BOA CashGo gets fees versus money gram but BOA CaahGo needs to fix app, process transactions by next day and have an easily accessible international phone number for CashGo that operates on Greenwich Mean Time for all expats sending money home. BOA CahGo can’t expect to get our fees while offering a substandard service. Do better with your app BOA CashGo We want to help our country but don’t expect us to torture ourself using your poorly performing app. Help us, help you. Old review: The cash app is simple for sending money to Bank Abyssinia. Minor annoyances: Can’t save card info Middle initial requirement. Face recognition not an option. Otherwise a simple bare-boned that hopefully will be improved as it grows. For those blindly complaining about that the app allows only for electronic transfer to Bank of Abyssinia, the app was developed by BOA. So it makes perfect sense that it is the only bank listed.

We need a phone number to contact you to correct the misspelled name on a transaction.

App no longer working. Will not send OTP for account password reset. Recently downloaded the latest IOS update & still nothing.

1. Why do you think and assume that everyone has a middle name. Most of us who came here (US) a long time ago don’t have middle names! Middle name should not be a must !!! 2. Can’t you save the card information in an encrypted form and only ask the CVV or other info. 3. Why only Abysinia Bank? Overall i like it
