App not efficient
Many products missing always. Delivery always late. Not possible to add to the order done so u have to order again and pay double costs of shipment. Pay attention when u change address because the app keep the old address for delivery and change only the billing address (that nobody cares)
Improve your app please
Your categories are a mess. There is no logic behind. Using certain key words in the search box results in not all the products are coming up that you actually have and also items pop up which are totally unrelated.
The app is not working
I’ve tried to go through with my order multiple times in different days and I’m unable to do so. After filling the cart several times it is VERY annoying not to be able to go through with the order. Let me know once it’s fixed please as I would like to order a few things.
Best Italian food options, worst delivery app
Excellent choice of Italian food, terrible app. Sometimes I don’t even manage to make my orders and I just give up
