Was ok
For the first year everything worked, able to set watch to different countries now unable to set the time to uk.
Works fine now
After upgrading to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, the app started crashing instantly without even chance to start. No reason or explanation was given. So had to work it out myself and all fine now. Basically had to unpair all my g-shocks from the previous iPhone, delete the app in the new iPhone and after restarting the phone… reinstall again and pair all g-shocks again. Quite a pain but works fine now…
Useless
The app is inconsistent,slow and after a latest IOS update ,the app refuses to open .Even after deleting ,and downloading it again . 🤬🤬🤬
Useless
Apparently this app is a great chance for you to buy a Casio watch and nothing else! Register with your Apple account and it pretends to fail so they can get all your juicy info in a secondary great big all your details pls form, what a waste of mb
Setting time
The app and watch do not talk to each other correctly. It’s an over complicated system.
Nothing works
Can’t even create an account, screen goes blank or it doesn’t send me a code or just straight up doesn’t work. Tried doing it in the website and it only loads in Japanese… so that’s no good either. Really disappointed because I would have love to of connected my new watch to it 🙃. I’ll try again at a later point to see if the issue is fixed 🤞🏼.
System failure
I cannot sign up because of some system failure going on for a while
Not great for travel
I’ve been at sea recently and if the app doesn’t know where you are, it seems to change to UTC time and sync that as home time, even though the iPhone time is correct. My watch ended up being 2 hours wrong. Forced to set location in DT mode to block sync syncing. No option to set home location. Not a great experience. Not sure it is a bug or a design fault.
Constantly updating software
I’ve had the watch for about 6 weeks and all there seems to be is the constant pain of software updates which for a non-tech savvy person of a particular age tends to drive me mad as I’m not sure if the update has taken place as there’s no notification it was successful.
