The one thing I Hate.
Everything in Case Crush is great(Besides the RNG) But the thing that irked me today is the Gen Capsule. It said that for every 100 gems I spend, 120 gems will be added into the capsule, but when I spent my 100 gems, I did not get it. It clearly stated that it will give me free 120 gems in the capsule but all I got was nothing. Now I am out of gems and since I cannot use money to buy more I have to get the gems through grinding chests, which on average I earn about 10 gems/month. My mind keeps thinking that the capsule is a scam now, please tell me what happened so I can understand why I could not get the 120 gems.

If your in a match and one row is filled with cards of the enemy, you know that you are going to lose so basically this game is pretty predictable as when there’s too much cards in one row one of you will win
My winning game is Not Reflected
I won a game but there was no points and also there no record on my history game list! It’s damn irritating to see that I don’t get the points when I am winning!!! It always happen like once in a 20 or 30 games and I have been monitoring it very long!! What the F are you all doing??? Bloody idiots!!! Can’t you all be fair in games???? Wish you all has COVID 19 !!!! This Game full of cheaters as the admin wants the High Flyer to win the Game!!!

I don't know why this gets rated so high overall. The lag is terrible while playing, and it irritates the hell out of me. And the amount of coins given per win is pathetic.
Match up
The match up is bad. Level 6 vs level 10 level 9 and level 8. Of course they are overpowered. Spent money also no use. Based on luck. And always fail to connect to opponent/ your opponent fail to connect
