Description

CCT enables the user to perform job study machine cycle times using a laptop computer. The user can choose from four basic types of studies, with five total options:

Loading Unit
Hauling Unit
Hauling Unit (Full Cycle)
Dozing
Trenching/Excavating
Drilling

All cycle time data collected is stored in a file for use. The electronic tool eliminates paper and illegible or inaccurate data from the manual forms. It also provides a standard format. CCT is fast and simple. Files can be imported to CCT laptop software (Caterpillar Corp.) for editing and fleet productivity calculations.
