Catalyst Edit

Insgesamt finde ich die Catalyst Amps sehr schön und vielseitig einsetzbar, leider setzt sich der positive Eindruck nicht bei der Software fort. Ich bin zugegebenermaßen kein professioneller Anwender aber für eine Software, mit der Amps gesteuert werden sollen, die für Einsteiger konzipiert sind, finde ich die ysoftware suboptimal. Insbesonder die fummelige Einstellung der Drehregler in der Software bedarf einer dringenden Überarbeitung. Die Menuführung ist auch nicht immer logisch und eine wirklich brauchbare Beschreibung / Anleitung für die Software fehlt.

I was led to believe that i could use this app on my iphone to edit the parameters on my Catalyst Guitar Amplifier but there is no way to hook the app in the phone to the amp and so then why does this app even exist i have tried to find out about it on the internet and there is nothing this makes no sense !

This is the first amp interface I have used that is actually excellent. Have tried Boss and Fender and found both lacking. I was happily surprised the minute I opened it and connected to my Catalyst. It’s well thought out, easy to use and not buggy. I like that I don’t have to jump through hoops such as connecting BT, registering or logging in.

Nobs on screen don’t turn all the time or not at all. The bars on your other app adjust great but tech said it’s not for the catalyst amp. More choices for the update please.
